Add an audio track to your video

You tin no longer change the sound track of your video from within the YouTube mobile app. Use a reckoner to swap your audio track from YouTube Studio.

The YouTube Studio video editor lets you add music to your video from a library of licensed songs. These songs are from YouTube's Audio Library. You tin can employ songs from the Audio Library in monetized videos.

Note:

  • If your video has over 100,000 views, you may not exist able to save changes to your videos. This brake doesn't apply to users in the YouTube Partner Programme.
  • This feature is only bachelor for videos shorter than half dozen hours.

  1. Sign in to YouTube Studio.
  2. From the left bill of fare, select Content.
  3. Click the video y'all'd similar to edit.
  4. From the left bill of fare, click Editor.
  5. Select AudioMusic note and use the search filters to observe a new audio track. Click Play to preview tracks.
  6. When you find a song you lot like, click Add together. The song will appear in the editor in a bluish box.
